For over 60 years, B&J Body Shop has combined family values, community trust, and platinum class expertise to deliver collision repairs you can count on.

B&J Body Shop has been part of the Rancho Cordova community for more than 60 years. What began in 1961 as a small shop founded by Bill Zumwalt, Jack White, and Bud Tracy has grown into one of the region’s most respected auto body repair facilities.
Over the decades, B&J changed hands — but never changed its commitment to quality repairs and honest service. From the early years of expansion in the 1960s to the leadership of Rick Johnson and Steve Messner in the 1980s, the shop earned its reputation for craftsmanship, customer service, and community involvement.
In the 1990s, longtime employees Dan Charlebois and Mike Passof stepped up as leaders. By 2009, they had purchased the business and continued the B&J tradition. Today, Dan and Mike operate the shop with the same values that built its reputation — while also investing in modern technology, advanced training, and a new generation of technicians.
